Avacado Supreme Burger


What You Need;
  • 1 pound All Natural 80% Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt, plus additional to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper, plus additional to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Olive Oil
  • 3 large onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 slices Premium Sliced Bacon
  • 4 slices Havarti Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup onion, grated
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half widthwise
  • 2 avocados, cored and sliced
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 Corn Dusted or Wheat Kaiser Buns
What To Do
Combine ground beef, Worcestershire, garlic powder, oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Divide into four equal portions and assemble beef patties. Set aside.In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the onions, cook stirring constantly until golden brown about 15 minutes, add salt and pepper to taste. Finish by adding balsamic vinegar.On a baking sheet pan, layer bacon evenly. Bake in oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven. Set aside.Heat grill to a medium/high temperature.Grill burgers 5-7 minutes each side until desired doneness. Place 1 slice of Havarti cheese on top of each burger and continue to grill until melted. Remove from heat.Combine mayonnaise, grated onion, cream cheese, red bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper and spread on both sides of bun to taste.To assemble the burger, layer the bottom of the bun with the patty with Havarti cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, 1/4 of avocado slices, tomato slices, bacon and top half of bun.**Add bacon for even more tastier burger**
Tasty BBQ Salmon Burgers
Tantalize your buds with pickled vegetables and creamy avocado mayo.
What You Need;
  • 2 cups White Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 mini cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 ear of corn, kernels removed
  • 8 slices Thick Sliced Peppercorn Bacon
  • 4  Alaskan Salmon Burgers
  • ¼ cup  Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 4  Onion Buns or regular buns
  • ¼ cup  Mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, pitted and sliced
What To Do;
In a small pot, bring vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil. Meanwhile, place onion, cucumbers and corn in a medium bowl. Add boiling liquid to vegetables, cover and steep for 2 hours. Store vegetables in pickling liquid until ready to use.
Preheat grill to medium high heat.In a small skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes on each side; reserve.
Grill the burgers 6-8 minutes on each side, basting with barbecue sauce until sauce has become caramelized.Lightly grill the buns and set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and avocado until smooth and creamy. Spread mixture on both sides of each bun.To assemble: Place burger on top of bun, top with bacon and pickled vegetables.

Six-Mile High Club Burger

What You Need;
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 10 Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 pieces Center Cut Bacon
  • 8 Onion Rings
  • 4 All Natural 85/15 Ground Beef Patties
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup  Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mustard
  • 1/4 teasp Salt
  • 1/4 teasp Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 Hamburger Buns (grilled or toasted)
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half widthwise
What To Do;
Heat grill to a medium/high temperature.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a saute pan and saute mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Fry bacon to desired doneness, about 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Bake 8 onion rings according to packaging instructions. Set aside.Grill burgers 5-7 minutes each side until desired doneness. Place 2 slices of cheese on top of each burger and continue to grill until melted. Remove from heat.Mix together mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and spread on both sides of the buns to taste.
To assemble burger, layer the bottom of the bun with the patty with cheese, tomato, lettuce, sauteed mushrooms, 2 onion rings, 2 pieces of bacon and top half of bun.


Tangy Hawaiian Turkey Burger

Enjoy the taste of the tropics atop a tasty turkey burger!
What You Need;
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 pound ground turkey or ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tablespoon  Crushed Red Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon  Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, minced
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Hickory BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1  pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1  red onion, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1 green pepper, cored and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 4  Hamburger Buns
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Sliced Cheese
What To Do

Beat egg in a bowl. Add ground turkey or chicken, oats, crushed red pepper, parsley, salt, pepper, minced garlic and minced red pepper.Mix together until incorporated. Divide into 4 even patties, flatten and let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes.Mix together mayonnaise and BBQ sauce. Set aside.Heat grill to medium/high temperature. Place patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes each side until desired doneness.
Brush oil on slices of pineapple, onion and green pepper, then grill 2-3 minutes on each side.Lightly grill the bun and set aside. Spread both sides of the bun with the mayonnaise BBQ sauce.When burger is almost finished cooking, place 1 slice of cheese on each patty and continue to grill until melted. To assemble the burger, layer the bottom of the bun with the patty with cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper and top half of bun.
