A Sweet Business

Cupcakes have grown into a multi-million business in the last few years. It seems as though everyone has fallen back in love with one of America's favorites. It's not hard to take notice that just about every bakery is selling them, home based businesses are setting up shops, and there are hundreds of cook books dedicated to creating simple and/or gourmet cupcakes. Its become a huge phenomenal business, the networks thought it would be in their best interest to create shows "Cupcake Wars" and "DC Cupcakes" which is viewed by millions. Not bad for a 200 year old treat!

But, I must confess cupcakes are one of my guilty pleasures. But I don't necessarily know how to bake them. I tried searching online trying to find some really awesome gourmet recipes, but no one really wants to give up the 'goods', but who could blame them? From light and airy dough to more dense textures, yummy flavor combinations, elaborate designs or simple homemade frostings...cupcakes rules! 

So when I came across this e-book, I immediately became excited! Personally, I love the recipes. Easy and simple to bake. Lots of flavors, how to add fillings and what works best with other flavors. It thoroughly explains how to get started making a profitable business. Mainly focusing on the business aspects, virtually anyone willing to put forth an effort and passion can make some serious money. More so, you can learn how to promote and possibly set up shop. From experiences of others, they got permission to use a larger kitchen; churches, local schools and cafeterias. But don't worry it explains it all. It's a very informative and well suited for beginners to pros. You can learn how to grow a lucrative business making wedding, birthday or baby shower cupcakes...it's your imagination. With that being said, let's not waste any more time. Crank on the oven, start your mixers and BAKE!!
