New Do, Better You
A fresh hair cut or color can make any diva feel fabulous. But to some, making a big change can be a little scary. With all the fashion trends in celebrity hairstyles you may find it easier to take on a slight change verses a drastic one. For example, if your wanting to go short and fear of cutting your lavish locks, look to a cut that is layered but still maintains length. Discuss styling options with your stylist to find the right cut and length for you. Same goes for color. Instead of a bold change, opt for highlights or low-lights to either brighten or soften your look. Add some bangs or fringe to achieve a flattering look. Remember, its only hair, it grows back. Have fun and try something outside your comfort zone.

Fresh Face-Off
Personally, I don't like to wear a lot of make-up, but there are times that call for a more dramatic look. However, the days I want to have a natural and simple look I can depend on make-up must dependable trio; blush, mascara and lip tint or gloss for kissable pout. A hint of soft toned blush on cheeks can really brighten your face. As for your eyes, the center of attraction, the right mascara can make them appear wider and brighter. Lastly, your lips can be alluring and seductive with the right shade. Vibrant hues are fashionable, especially red or pink. Don't be afraid to experiment with colors. Make-up should be fun, not intimidating.

Basic Training
Being a plus sized goddess, I love dresses and figure flattering pieces! As a staple in your wardrobe its best to have items that can be worn once a week; the basic black dress (which can have many variations), nice shirts in white (colors are nice too) and a perfect fitting pair of denim jeans. When selecting dresses, I gravitate towards wraps and dresses that accentuate my silhouette; flare or skater. They tend to hide my more problematic areas. Although, looking good doesn't have to cost a fortune. So there's no need to blow your budget on a new wardrobe. Great times to shop for clothing to nab the best deals-is during off seasons. So now would be a opportune time to but some key pieces since retailers are already gearing up for spring. Just be sure to try to keep it simple. Simplicity goes a long way.

Portable Adornment
Searching for the perfect handbag is usually a tough task (for me it is anyway). Trying to decide on a size, make and color is relatively close to picking out a car. However, to my surprise a medium-size satchel works wonders for me. Purchasing a handbag with universal functions save money as well. A bag that works well as a shoulder, cross body or easily carried at the elbow serves a more efficient purpose than having multiple bags. Choosing a neutral color that will pair well with outfits can be a timeless and money saving accessory.

New You-Take a Risk
Have fun exploring new ways of wearing your clothes. Statement jewelry, bold colored shoes and stunning prints are all you need to look fierce. Adding a few mentioned pieces can make your basic black dress pop. That plain white shirt-WOW it up with a print skirt or statement jewelry. Also, look fabulous in your jeans with a vibrant colored pump or flat, add a blazer for a more polished look.
